Marti Spiegelman is a leadership advisor, visionary, speaker, and founder of the indigenous initiation and mentoring program, Shaman’s Light™. Through in-depth training in the Shaman’s Light program, Marti guides people into the mastery of full consciousness – applying the timeless technologies that our indigenous ancestors used to thrive and evolve, not to replicate ancient ways, but to innovate here and now, in the face of the real-time challenges her students face in their lives and work. She is an initiated shaman and wisdom keeper, with over four decades of specialized training in indigenous technologies of consciousness and related scientific, economic, and sociological fields. In addition to the Shaman’s Light™ program, Marti offers online courses, and for over 2 years, brought core indigenous wisdom to in-depth conversations with thought leaders through her web radio program, Awakening Value™: Shamanic Technologies of Consciousness and Success on the VoiceAmerica™ Web Radio Network [2009 – 2011].

Marti holds a BA in biochemistry from Harvard University, an MFA in graphic design from the Yale School of Art and Architecture, and has advanced training in neurophysiology, psychology, and anthropology. She was president of her own graphic design firm for 20 years. She is founder of Shaman’s Light™, a professional training program dedicated to the creation of abundance through evolved consciousness and passion-based work. She serves as a Fellow to REX, the Relationship Economy eXpedition founded by Jerry Michalski. She was named the 2010 Cambridge Registry Executive Professional of the Year for her work in applying the principles of consciousness to the evolution of business and environmental action, and she was a presenter at TEDx Berkeley 2011. Marti is also a member of the Content Evolution™ federation of business advisors, where she is working with business colleagues to develop groundbreaking methodologies for raising the level of consciousness in the practice, organization, and evolution of business, finance, and governance worldwide.v

Marti brings her knowledge to the world of finance and business as well. She developed her course Conscious Trading™ for the Investment Mentoring Institute, where she was trained in finance and trading. In 2011 Marti launched The Conscious CxO™, a discovery-based training program designed specifically for business leaders to master the organizing principles of consciousness – the precise principles underlying all business, financial, social, governmental, and environmental success and evolution. For a broader audience, she offers online courses in the technologies of consciousness, visionary skills, and the meaning of indigenous wisdom in the modern world. She has developed courses for En*theos Academy, an online university founded by Brian Johnson, and has interviews published by Realize Magazine, Inside Personal Growth, and other online organizations. She is currently collaborating with business colleagues to bring the organizing principles of consciousness into the structure of business and the process of value creation.
